A Note for Providers

Currently, KBA is receiving all electronic claims utilizing our existing payor IDs via Optum Intelligent EDI in place of Change Healthcare. Please direct your clearing house partner to incorporate claims into their existing files submitted to Optum today.

KBA has also changed partners for Real Time Transactions from Change Health to the SSI Group. The Real Time ID for KBA transaction routing is key_admin_benefit.

If you do not have a current connection with the SSI Group, you can contact them at 1-800-820-4774, option 7, to get connected for Real Time Transactions at no charge to your organization.

If you are a provider and have questions or concerns about either of these changes, are experiencing any issue filing a claim or require eligibility information, please call the telephone number on the back of the Member Identification Card.
